The key responsibilities include:

  • Effective management of alert queues, ensuring the accurate assessment and remediation of cases generated via our fraud monitoring platforms
  • Ensuring compliance with internal policies and procedures as well as upcoming external regulations
  • Contributing to implementing our fraud policy across the organization

Your ideal candidate will have:

  • At least five years of experience in leading people in an operations business
  • Demonstrated expertise in fraud and scams
  • Fraud or financial crime-related qualifications would be highly regarded but are not essential
