Role Overview

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Community Registered Nurse to join our team. As a vital member of our healthcare delivery, you will provide expert care and support to clients in their own homes.

Your primary focus will be on providing wound, catheter, stoma and bowel care, administering medications and injections, and delivering chronic disease management services to clients across the Central Coast region.

  • Prioritize client needs and deliver optimum standard of care, contributing significantly to improved health outcomes.
  • Leverage your exceptional clinical assessment, decision-making and problem-solving skills to make a positive impact on clients' lives.
Essential Qualifications and Skills

To excel in this role, candidates must possess:

  • A degree or postgraduate qualification in Nursing.
  • Desirable: experience in community nursing.
  • No less than 2 years of post-graduate broad experience in general nursing.
  • Current registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA), with no notations.
  • A genuine interest in working in the community and with older populations, with experience an advantage.
  • Compassion, enthusiasm, and a friendly approach.
  • Substantial experience in wound and catheter care.
  • Advanced clinical assessment skills for chronic disease management.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • A current Australian driver's license, reliable vehicle, and car insurance.
