Are you an expert in transfer pricing looking for a new challenge? We are seeking a Transfer Pricing Manager to join our team of experienced professionals.

\

In this role, you will work closely with clients to determine the most effective transfer pricing strategies and develop policies that meet their needs.

\

As a member of our team, you will have the opportunity to:

  • Advising clients on complex transfer pricing matters, including developing and executing commercially viable transfer pricing policies\
  • Conducting financial, economic, value chain and benchmarking analysis to prepare transfer pricing documentation and assist clients to plan, support and defend their transfer pricing arrangements\
  • Attending client meetings and providing expertise on transfer pricing matters\
  • Developing your technical skills through on the job training and structured training programs\
  • Mentoring and training junior staff members\
  • Collaborating with colleagues to achieve project goals and deliver results\
  • Supporting senior management by managing and executing multiple client engagements\
  • Managing day-to-day client relationships and deepening those relationships\
  • Staying up-to-date with the latest transfer pricing developments and implementing them into our practice\
  • Coaching, guiding, directing and supporting the development of junior team members and taking responsibility for own career progression\
  • Communicating effectively with internal stakeholders across different levels of the organization\
  • Identifying areas for improvement within the current processes and propose ideas for enhanced efficiency or customer satisfaction\
  • Working collaboratively as part of a high performing team to deliver results\
  • Actively contributing to the achievement of business objectives and outcomes\
  • Advocating for diversity, equity, inclusion, belonging and engagement, both personally and professionally\
  • Engaging in ongoing learning and professional development to maintain and enhance knowledge and expertise\

  • Performing risk assessment and assisting in identifying control gaps related to ATO compliance\
  • Reviewing job descriptions and KPIs to confirm they align with organizational priorities\
  • Conducting research and quality assurance activities to ensure that procedures and techniques remain up-to-date and compliant\
  • Developing strategic plans, reports, papers, briefs, presentations and other written content required for engagements\
  • Project Managing change initiatives impacting multiple employees\
  • Recognizing individual and team achievements and contributions during monthly team meetings\
  • Maintaining confidentiality when dealing with sensitive information\
  • Reinforcing KPMG values in all communications, conduct and decision making\
  • Ensuring adherence to agreed upon service standards\
  • Contributing to data-driven insights and recommendations to improve business performance\
  • Empowering staff to take calculated risks and innovate solutions to advance best practices and increase productivity\
  • Enhancing network visibility through regular reporting and meeting attendance\
  • Presenting various reports to senior management teams\
  • Providing timely input to milestones, deadlines, projects, company-wide process improvements, talent management, succession planning, performance evaluations and hiring\
  • Proactively working with employees who require adjusting help to smoothly transition from one phase to another\
  • Supporting international program delivery as per need\
  • Partnering with cross-functional groups such as Risk Management and IT to address project requirements\
  • Engaging with line managers to communicate key messages and alignment around desired behaviors\
  • Leading conflict resolution sessions to discuss employee needs and provide clarity\
  • Undertaking broad-level reviews of existing services against changing operational landscapes and presenting findings to the broader leadership group\
  • Creating comprehensive analyses to identify opportunities for improving productivity and performance\
  • Bringing to light unique perspectives from diverse backgrounds and experiences\
  • Playing a significant role in promoting cultural awareness and educational events at company sponsored functions\
  • Building powerful coalitions and partnerships across departments and ensuring things get done efficiently\
  • Hosting cross-cultural leadership discussions as well as panel forums focused on broad themes like governance, sustainability, politics and economy\
  • Delivering presentational materials including PowerPoint slides and handouts to support key messaging and impress audiences\
  • Assisting with event coordination and communication strategy for large-scale programs\
  • Driving business growth through relationship building, stakeholder engagement, project execution and strategic partnership initiatives\
  • Networking with top executives at industry conferences and trade shows\
  • Consolidating goals, observations, statements and improvements identified through workshops and retreats\
  • Improving overall understanding of global health concerns and societal pressures\
  • Agreeing on action items and next steps for each committee or task force member\
  • Conducting daily/weekly/monthly calls to check-in with staff members and align around shared objectives\
  • Designing engaging quarterly town halls to showcase staff achievements and recognize staff anniversaries\
  • Establishing clear expectations with direct reports and holding them accountable for specific deliverables and deadlines\
  • Documenting lessons learned throughout the year\
  • Exceeding management expectations while being adaptable and willing to make adjustments as needed\
  • Facilitating workshops, interviews, training sessions and meetings across multiple regions and cultures\
  • Identifying and evaluating potential partnerships with vendors, suppliers, and external organizations\
  • Invigorating thought leadership through creating opportunities for individuals to share their stories, build connections and speak with confidence\
