About the Role

As a key member of our organisation, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the safe and quality delivery of work. You will identify, assess, and monitor project risks to guarantee a positive, healthy, and sustainable culture within the team.

You will conduct HSE inspections and audits, including follow-up on completed actions, and administer incident and hazard reporting processes. Your task will be to actively analyse project HSE performance and provide guidance to drive HSE competence and compliance throughout all aspects of services provided.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Supporting the contract in all HSE related matters
  • Driving HSE competence and compliance
  • Conducting interactive field leadership activities to steer risk mitigation onsite

The ideal candidate will possess a tertiary qualification in occupational health and safety or equivalent, 2-3 years site-based HSE experience, and strong interpersonal skills.
