Job Details

  • We regularly receive new roles with various shifts, including afternoons, evenings, nights, weekends, and public holidays, and we pay additional allowances for these shifts.
  • We may have roles that require Support Workers to transport participants to access the community, and we will pay a transport allowance for this service.

Requirements for the Role

  • You will need to have an Australian Business Number (ABN) to work with us.
  • You will need to have proof of your right to work in Australia, such as Australian Citizenship or a valid Grant Visa.
  • You will need to have relevant Australian qualifications, such as a Certificate III in Individual Support.
  • You will need to have a current Police Clearance, which must be obtained within 3 years.
  • You will need to have a First Aid Certificate and a CPR Certificate, which must be obtained within 3 years and 1 year, respectively.
  • You will need to complete the Worker Orientation Module 'Quality, Safety and You'.
