Role Overview

As a key member of the Proactive Services team at Woolworths Glenrose, you will play a vital role in maintaining the store's pristine condition and ensuring trolleys are available for our customers.

About the Role

This part-time or casual opportunity allows you to work flexibly across various shifts, including early mornings and late nights, including weekends. You will be responsible for completing specific cleaning tasks on a schedule, collecting trolleys, and supporting the store with waste processing routines.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Complete daily cleaning tasks allocated to you, including sweeping shop floors, cleaning walls, bathrooms, trolley bays, and emptying bins.
  • Collect trolleys on foot from the car park and surrounding areas.
  • Work across departments to deliver specific cleaning needs.
  • Assist customers by answering questions or providing directions.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess physical fitness, as the position involves physically demanding tasks. You should be able to comfortably handle loads between 5-10kgs and stand for long periods. Additionally, flexibility to work in different environments, such as the shop floor, fridges, freezers, and carparks, is essential.

Compensation and Benefits

The estimated salary for this role is $25-$30 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications.
