Job Title:

Store Operations Lead

About the Role:

We seek a Store Operations Lead to drive store performance through sales, profit, and growth by providing clear direction, customer focus, and operating standards.


  • Collaborate with the Store Manager to achieve performance targets
  • Contribute to all aspects of the store including serving customers and maintaining stock levels
  • Support the Store Manager in training and developing the team
  • Manage stock availability and ordering
  • Ensure workplace safety is maintained
Key Skills and Qualifications:

The ideal candidate will have demonstrated experience in overseeing shifts in a Retail environment, passion for delivering customer excellence, results orientation, strong communication skills, and a commitment to workplace safety.
