Project Manager Leader

The Project Manager Leader will oversee multiple projects in a strategic portfolio, focusing on delivering results and achieving project objectives.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop an integrated plan and RACI to consolidate ongoing work.
- Facilitate working groups and stakeholders, ensuring effective collaboration and communication.
- Business Analysis: Identify, mitigate, and report on risks; facilitate issue resolution and escalate when necessary.
- Manage the plan to achieve results, remove barriers for the team, and coordinate activities.
- Work closely with leadership and organizational change management to ensure effective change planning.
- Support stakeholders, providing regular updates and status reports.
- Project Management certification from PMI (PMP or PMI-ACP).
- Eight years or more leading major projects involving multiple stakeholders.
- A post-secondary degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or equivalent field.
The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience managing project working group teams, managing senior stakeholders, and achieving results. Preference is given to those with recent experience (within the last five years). A proven track record of managing three or more major projects is essential. Experience conducting business analysis to support project planning is highly valued.
