We are seeking a compassionate Personal Care Worker to provide high-quality, safe, and timely contemporary personal care to our residents. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in supporting our residents to maintain their independence, live with dignity, self-determination, and comfort.

**Job Description**

As a Personal Care Worker, your primary responsibility will be to assist our residents with their daily living needs, ensuring they receive the support and services required to promote their wellbeing and independence. This will include:

  • Providing assistance with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
  • Supporting residents with mobility and transfers
  • Completing documentation and maintaining accurate records
  • Working collaboratively with our interdisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care and support

**Required Skills and Qualifications**

To be successful in this role, you will possess:

  • A Certificate III in Aged Care or Individual Support
  • Experience working in a care role (highly regarded)
  • Valid working rights in Australia
  • Complete a police check
  • NDIS Worker Check (or willingness to obtain prior to commencement)
  • Flu vaccinations (or willingness to obtain)
  • Evidence of Covid-19 vaccination
