Business Growth Specialist

We are seeking a seasoned Business Growth Specialist to join our team. This role involves identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building and maintaining strong customer relationships, and driving sales growth.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in sales and customer relationship management, with a strong understanding of the road transport and logistics industry.
Key Responsibilities:- Identify and Pursue New Business Opportunities: Research and develop new business leads, negotiate contracts, and close deals.
- Build and Maintain Strong Customer Relationships: Foster long-term relationships with customers, understand their needs, and deliver tailored solutions.
- Drive Sales Growth: Meet or exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets, and continuously look for ways to improve sales performance.
- Experience: 2+ years in the road transport and logistics industry, and 5+ years in sales.
- Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, strong understanding of industry regulations, advanced computer skills, and ability to manage daily tasks and work unsupervised.
- Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
