The Role

As an Administration Officer at our Waterford office, you will be responsible for providing administrative support services to the site and community programs. Your day-to-day tasks will include:

  • Providing administrative support services to various departments and teams
  • Maintaining effective communication flow between direct care staff, site management, and external stakeholders
  • Delivering high-quality customer service to internal and external customers
  • Utilizing Bolton Clarke's internal systems and Microsoft Office Suite
About You

We are seeking an individual with experience in word processing, data entry, and financial administrative procedures. A Certificate III in Business Administration (or equivalent relevant experience) is highly regarded. You should possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills, as well as strong organization and time management abilities.

  • Demonstrated experience in word processing and data entry
  • Certificate III in Business Administration or equivalent relevant experience
  • Intermediate-level proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Demonstrated experience in financial administrative procedures, including petty cash, invoicing, and accounts receivable
