Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Front Desk Dental Professional to join our team at Pacific Smiles Group in Browns Plains. This is a unique opportunity to work with a dynamic and supportive team, providing exceptional patient care and ensuring seamless administrative operations.

About the Role

This permanent part-time position requires 3-4 days of work per week. The ideal candidate will have experience as a Dental Assistant with reception experience or be willing to learn. Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing patient appointments and processing payments efficiently
  • Providing safe and empathetic patient care, collaborating with dentists and other staff members
  • Performing general reception duties, including answering phone calls and responding to queries
