Lead Innovator for Distributed Energy Transition

As a Senior Engineer, you will lead projects to address power system challenges from increasing DER, including standards, compliance, and evolving behaviors.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate multidisciplinary teams to develop company positions on technical requirements.
  • Drive collaboration and stakeholder engagement, providing strategic advice to support an integrated approach.
  • Prepare reports, recommendations, and presentations that translate complex technical issues for executives, boards, and external stakeholders.

Requirements:
  • Relevant tertiary qualifications in Engineering, Technology, or Science/Maths (with a power system focus), or equivalent relevant discipline or work experience.
  • Proven ability to coordinate multidisciplinary projects in distributed energy.
  • Effective communicator (written and verbal) across diverse audiences and stakeholders.
