Financial Transactions Specialist

Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Financial Transactions Specialist to join our team. As a key member of the financial operations group, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of accounts payable.
About the Role:
This is a full-function accounts payable role that requires a high level of attention to detail and organizational skills. You will be responsible for matching invoices to purchase orders, processing payments in Databuild, and ensuring timely and accurate payment runs.
You will also be the primary point of contact for suppliers and subcontractors, handling queries and resolving any issues that may arise.
In addition, you will be responsible for archiving digital documents using Companion software and managing progress stage-claims and debt control.
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Experience in a similar accounts payable role
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Experience with construction software such as Databuild or similar
- Experience with accounting software such as MYOB or similar
