Parts Interpreter

We're seeking a reliable and committed Parts Interpreter to join our team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for:

• Accurately identifying parts needed for repairs or maintenance of customers' equipment.
• Using catalogs, databases, and technical knowledge to correctly identify specific parts or components.
• Sourcing parts from our inventory or suppliers, and ensuring timely delivery.
• Providing technical assistance to customers and internal staff regarding part specifications, compatibility, and troubleshooting common issues.
• Maintaining strong relationships with customers through excellent service, prompt communication, and timely delivery of parts orders.
• Assisting with inventory management, including stocktaking and maintaining a fully stocked showroom.

We're looking for someone with:

• Experience in interpreting and identifying parts, or a strong willingness to learn.
• Exceptional active listening skills.
• A strong attention to detail.
• Strong customer service skills.
• Excellent communication skills.
• The ability to work collaboratively with other team members.
