Gift in Wills Associate Role Overview

Our organisation is seeking a Gift in Wills professional to join our team. This exciting opportunity involves contributing to and delivering the Gift in Wills program focusing on acquisition, retention, and growth.

The successful candidate will contribute to developing and implementing innovative stewardship strategies for acquiring, retaining, and growing Gifts in Will supporters.

Key Responsibilities:

  • • Contribute to developing and delivering the Gift in Wills strategy
  • • Track all correspondence with supporters in Salesforce, maintaining a high level of attention to detail
  • • Develop and oversee the implementation of innovative stewardship strategies for acquiring, retaining, and growing Gifts in Will supporters
  • • Develop and implement a Gifts in Will society
  • • Work with other stakeholders internally to implement Gift in Wills society events

Requirements:

  • • Fundraising experience preferably within relationship fundraising i.e Gift in Wills, Mid Value or Major Gifts
  • • Strong administrative skills and database knowledge
  • • Exceptional relationship management and stewardship skills and the ability build personable, meaningful relationships with multiple stakeholders
