As a Retail Sales Assistant, you will be the face of our brand, providing expert advice and guidance to customers to help them find the perfect pair of shoes. You will be responsible for processing sales, maintaining store displays, and ensuring a positive shopping experience for all customers.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide exceptional customer service and support to customers
- Process sales and handle customer transactions
- Maintain store displays and visual merchandising standards
- Assist with stock management and inventory control
- Work collaboratively with the sales team to achieve sales targets and KPIs
- Previous retail experience preferred but not essential
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet sales targets
