We are seeking an experienced Childcare Educator to join our team at Goodstart Hyde Park. As a key member of our educational team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality learning experiences that cater to the unique needs and interests of our children.

About the Role:

  • Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement engaging educational programs that promote children's learning and development;
  • Observe, record and report on children's progress, using this information to inform future learning plans;
  • Maintain a safe and healthy environment that promotes children's well-being and safety;
  • Build strong relationships with parents and carers, keeping them informed about their child's progress and involving them in decision-making processes;
  • Participate in ongoing professional development to enhance your skills and knowledge, staying up-to-date with the latest research and best practices in early childhood education.

Requirements:

  • Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education (or equivalent);
  • Strong knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards;
  • Current Queensland Working with Children Check (Blue Card).
