Digital Performance Strategist

We're seeking a Performance Activation Expert to drive the success of our in-house performance marketing function.
About the RoleThis high-impact position is perfect for someone who thrives on innovation, change, and technical excellence.
- Manage multi-channel performance campaigns and drive continuous improvement through testing and analysis.
- Build targeted audiences, generate actionable performance reports, and uncover the narrative behind the data.
- Support media planning, execute briefs, and work closely with creative, analytics, and technology teams.
- Ensure quality assurance across campaigns and maintain strong relationships with third-party vendors and tech partners.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and shifts in the programmatic landscape to fuel innovation.
You'll have 3-4+ years' experience as a Performance Activation Manager, Performance Marketing Manager, Digital Performance Manager, or Digital Marketing Manager.
You'll demonstrate excellent analytical skills, a knack for A/B testing and performance optimisation, and a collaborative, proactive attitude.
