Retail Experience Specialist

As a highly skilled and dedicated retail professional, you will have the opportunity to work with top luxury brands, delivering exceptional customer service and sales support. Your key responsibilities will include providing excellent customer service to all customers, both before and after sales, to enhance their experience.
You will provide sales support to the team, assist the Boutique Manager and/or Assistant Boutique Manager in ensuring the efficient operation of the boutique, build and develop a customer base, and maintain good relationships with customers.
In addition, you will keep customers informed on all promotions and events, be responsible for daily housekeeping and window display, maintain and take good care of merchandise, and possess great customer service attitude with a pleasant personality.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 to 4 years of experience in the retail/service industry, preferably in luxury retailing.
- Fluency in English & Mandarin (to serve Mandarin speaking customers).
- Willingsness to work on weekends, public holidays & retail working hours.
- Possess great customer service attitude with a pleasant personality.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Fresh graduates with fervor for high end retailing are welcomed to apply.
- Luxury retail sales: 1 year (preferred).
- Customer service: 1 year (preferred).
