About the Role:

We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Guest Experience Host. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional experiences to our guests, providing them with a warm welcome and ensuring their stay with us is nothing short of memorable.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Welcome and register owners and guests, ensuring a seamless check-in process
  • Schedule sales appointments with our onsite team, promoting our products and services to maximize revenue
  • Share your knowledge of local attractions and activities, helping our guests make the most of their time in Melbourne
  • Manage paperwork and administrative tasks efficiently, maintaining accurate records and reports
  • Build strong relationships with our guests, identifying and addressing their needs and preferences

The Ideal Candidate:

  • Has a genuine passion for customer service and delivering exceptional experiences
  • Possesses excellent communication and interpersonal skills, able to build rapport with guests and colleagues alike
