About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled UH-60M Technical Logistics Assessor to join our team at Lockheed Martin Australia. As a key member of our core team, you will play a critical role in supporting the initial procurement and ongoing sustainment activities of the UH-60M Black Hawk helicopter.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Undertake spares assessment and management of inventory master data, including cataloguing and codification activities to ensure ERP data is current and accurate.
  • Provide high-level advice and guidance to stakeholders on UH-60M Black Hawk cataloguing and codification activities.
  • Maintain existing catalogue data to ensure compliance with policy, processes, and procedures that support the acquisition and sustainment of equipment.
  • Develop solutions to complex problems and implement effective approved solutions.
  • Analyse the repairability of parts and components and conduct obsolescence management.
  • Interpret aircraft technical manuals, specifications, and standards to identify and validate alternate parts and equipment.
  • Build and sustain relationships with key internal and external stakeholders.
  • Produce accurate status reports using specific tools and templates.

About You:

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • Tertiary qualifications in a relevant discipline (Aeroskills - Avionics, Mechanical, Structures etc.) from a recognised institution.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of current Defence materiel logistics policies and their application in sustainment and acquisition activities.
  • Demonstrated experience conducting inventory analysis, codification, and cataloguing functions using Defence systems or similar systems.
  • Experience in the use of Defence aviation maintenance and logistics management tools such as CAMM2, ADAASS, and MILIS.
