About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled UH-60M Technical Logistics Assessor to join our team at Lockheed Martin Australia.

The successful candidate will be responsible for undertaking spares assessments, managing inventory master data, and ensuring the efficient processing of acquisition spares.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide high-level advice and guidance to stakeholders on UH-60M Black Hawk cataloguing and codification activities.
  • Undertake codification and cataloguing of new items of supply in accordance with Defence Logistics policy.
  • Maintain existing catalogue data to ensure compliance with policy, processes, and procedures that support the acquisition and sustainment of equipment.
  • Develop solutions to complex problems and implement effective approved solutions.
  • Analyse the repairability of parts and components and conduct obsolescence management.
  • Interpret aircraft technical manuals, specifications, and standards to identify or validate alternate parts/equipment.
  • Build and sustain relationships with key internal and external stakeholders.
  • Produce accurate status reports to meet reporting requirements.

About You

  • Tertiary qualifications (Certificate IV or above) in a relevant discipline (Aeroskills - Avionics, Mechanical, Structures etc.) from a recognised institution (or equivalent).
  • Demonstrated knowledge of current Defence materiel logistics policies and application of them in the support of sustainment and acquisition activities.
  • Demonstrated experience conducting inventory analysis, codification, and cataloguing functions utilising Defence systems or proven experience using similar systems.
