We seek a Support Mentor to provide expert care for individuals with complex mental health needs on the Sunshine Coast. Successful applicants will be proactive, strong communicators with experience working with diverse conditions such as ASD, ADHD, CPTSD, DID, Dementia, Schizophrenia or Acquired Brain Injury (ABI).

Alya Care specialises in mental health, psychosocial disorders, neurodivergent and complex physical presentations. Our Mentors develop life goals and provide in-home care while supporting community access.

Key qualifications include a commitment to care, service and personal development along with trust-building relationships. Relevant experience includes supporting people with disabilities, youth or community work.

As a member of our team, you will have access to professional development programs, an empowering and respectful environment and competitive remuneration above SCHADS Award pay rates.

Applicants must be eligible to work in Australia and have access to their own vehicle.
