Role Overview:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Facilitate community access and social engagement to promote independence and confidence.
  • Sustain participant engagement in daily life choices through collaborative problem-solving.
  • Develop and implement strategies for building life skills and confidence, fostering personal growth.
  • Promote motivation and tool implementation for participants with complex mental health needs.
  • Cultivate rapport with participants through patience and understanding, ensuring effective communication.

Essential Qualifications:

  • Cert 3 Individual Support or higher.
  • Mental health training and experience.
  • Valid Blue Card.
  • NDIS screening Yellow Card.
  • First Aid and CPR certification.
  • Reliable driver's license and adequate transportation.
