Expert Contract Manager

We are seeking a skilled Contract Management Expert to join our team. The successful candidate will have extensive experience in planning and managing the end-to-end commercial management of large and complex subcontracts and self-performed works, directly and indirectly.
Key responsibilities include participating in scope of works planning, preparing procurement packages, providing management and leadership to other commercial roles, and maintaining contact with subcontractors and market awareness.
The ideal candidate will have a degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Economics, Quantity Surveying, Law, or Commerce, along with postgraduate qualifications and a minimum 5 years' experience as a Contracts Administrator or Quantity Surveyor in the construction and engineering industry.
Responsibilities Include:
- Participating in scope of works planning
- Preparing procurement packages
- Providing management and leadership to other commercial roles
- Maintaining contact with subcontractors and market awareness
Requirements:
- Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Economics, Quantity Surveying, Law, or Commerce
- Postgraduate qualifications
- Minimum 5 years' experience as a Contracts Administrator or Quantity Surveyor in the construction and engineering industry
