Job Summary

We are seeking highly motivated and experienced trainers to join our team. As a trainer, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality First Aid and Emergency Response Training and assessment to our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver training and assessment to customers in First Aid and Emergency Response
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers
  • Conduct training sessions in a variety of settings, including on-site and in-class
  • Assess student performance and provide feedback
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices
Requirements
  • Current Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE40116)
  • Qualifications in emergency management, such as nursing, paramedicine, RFS, or Fire & Rescue experience
  • Current Driver's License
  • Own car, mobile phone, and laptop
  • 20% regional or interstate travel frequency
  • Previous experience in delivering training in First Aid and Fire and Emergency Services is an advantage
