Job Title: Trainer - Victoria

We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Trainer to join our team in Victoria. As a Trainer, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality First Aid and Emergency Response Training to our clients across the region.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver training sessions to clients in Victoria, ensuring that all training is conducted to the highest standards.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their training needs and providing tailored solutions.
  • Collaborate with our team to ensure that all training materials and resources are up-to-date and relevant.
  • Conduct assessments and evaluations to ensure that clients are meeting the required standards.
Requirements:
  • Current Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE40116) is required.
  • Qualifications in emergency management, such as nursing, paramedicine, RFS, or Fire & Rescue experience, are essential.
  • Current Driver's License and own car, mobile phone, and laptop are required.
  • 20% regional or interstate travel frequency is expected.
  • Previous experience in delivering training in First Aid and Fire and Emergency Services is highly desirable.
