Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and professional Receptionist to join our team. As a Receptionist, you will be the primary point of contact for customers, providing exceptional service and support throughout their visit.

Your role will involve assisting customers with frame selections, performing administrative duties, and providing support for our Optometrists. You will also be responsible for participating in on-the-job training to become proficient in dispensing prescription spectacles according to individual needs.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Previous customer service experience (1 year preferred)
  • Optical experience is not essential but is highly desirable
  • Certificate IV in Optical Dispensing (Cert IV) is highly desirable
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
  • Motivated, positive, and friendly personality
  • Basic computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office applications

Working Hours and Salary

This is a full-time position, with flexible scheduling may be required. The salary range is AU$20.84 per hour, negotiable based on experience.
