Warehouse Team Member Job Description:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Warehouse Team Member to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent inventory management skills, be proficient in operating manual and electric pallet jacks, and possess strong time management abilities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Inventory Management:
    • Accurately manage stock levels and maintain an organized warehouse environment.
    • Conduct regular stock counts and resolve any discrepancies.
  • Order Fulfillment:
    • Pick and pack orders efficiently and accurately.
    • Ensure timely order fulfillment and communicate with clients as needed.
  • Receiving and Storage:
    • Inspect incoming goods for damage or discrepancies.
    • Properly label and store items in designated areas.
  • Equipment Operation:
    • Operate manual and electric pallet jacks safely and efficiently.
    • Maintain equipment in good working condition.
  • Teamwork and Communication:
    • Collaborate with team members to achieve shared goals.
    • Communicate effectively with clients and internal stakeholders.
Requirements:
  • 1-3 years of experience in a warehouse setting.
  • Knowledge of inventory management systems and processes.
  • Competence in operating manual and electric pallet jacks.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • A strong focus on detail and accuracy.
  • The ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Physical capability to lift up to 20kg consistently.
  • Comfortable working in refrigerated temperatures.
