Customer Service Representative

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Server to manage our dining area. In this role, you will be responsible for taking orders from tables and phones, as well as handling cash transactions.
The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, be able to work in a fast-paced environment, and possess excellent customer service skills.
We are looking for someone with at least 2 years of experience in the hospitality industry, preferably with RSA certification. If you are a motivated and enthusiastic individual who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer service, we want you to consider this opportunity.
Key Responsibilities:
- Taking orders from tables and phones
- Handling cash transactions
- Passing food and drinks to customers
- Cleaning and sweeping the dining area
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in the hospitality industry
- RSA certification (preferred)
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
