We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to fill the role of Warehouse Administrator.

This position is an integral part of our warehouse team, ensuring seamless coordination between various departments and delivering top-notch customer service.

Responsibilities:

Customer Service-

Be the first point of contact for valued customers, assisting with inquiries, order updates, and delivery statuses.

Collaborate with the sales and production team to ensure customers' needs are met promptly and efficiently.

Handle customer enquiries with empathy, aiming for swift resolution and customer satisfaction.

Order Management-

Process and manage incoming orders accurately and efficiently.

Coordinate with the warehouse team to prioritize order fulfillment and timely delivery.

Invoicing and Documentation-

Generate and process invoices for outgoing shipments.

Maintain meticulous records of invoices, shipping documents and other relevant documentation.

Freight Booking and Quotes-

Assist in booking freight shipments with carriers to meet delivery deadlines.

Obtain competitive freight quotes to optimize costs.

Coordinate shipping and tracking details, providing updates to relevant parties.

Daily Reports-

Prepare and submit daily reports to management, summarizing warehouse activities and key performance indicators.

Assist in implementing strategies to enhance warehouse productivity.

Qualifications:

Prior experience in warehouse administration or a related field is preferred.

Proficient in using warehouse management software and MS Office Suite.

Strong communication and customer service skills.

Excellent organizational abilities and attention to detail.

Problem-solving mindset, with the ability to adapt to changing situations.
