The Role

This role involves assisting clients to maintain their independence and providing ongoing domestic, personal and social support to people living in the community. You will also support carers of people who are frail aged, including those with dementia and people with a disability or mental health condition.

You will travel to clients' homes and various locations within the region, incorporating tasks such as:

  • Cleaning and household management
  • Personal care assistance
  • Social companionship and emotional support
  • Shopping and errands
