Job Title

We are seeking a senior technical professional to lead our asset management and project delivery initiatives. This key role requires expertise in engineering disciplines and extensive experience in both asset management and project delivery.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in engineering-related fields, with a proven track record of providing technical leadership and expertise.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the identification and communication of project risks and business impacts, ensuring stakeholders are informed and mitigation strategies are in place.
  • Champion a safety-first approach, ensuring all activities are planned and executed without compromising health and wellbeing.
  • Inspire high performance through strong leadership, fostering a motivated and achievement-driven project team culture.
  • Ensure project deliverables meet service requirements and are accurately recorded in asset management systems prior to transfer, proactively resolving gaps and escalating where needed.
  • Maintain accurate records of recoverable time against projects in corporate systems.
Qualifications and Experience:
  • A post-secondary qualification (tertiary or trade) in an engineering-related discipline is essential.
  • Extensive experience in both asset management and project delivery is required.
  • Strong stakeholder engagement skills, with a proven ability to build effective relationships, are necessary.
  • Solid understanding of water infrastructure assets and systems is desirable.
  • Sound knowledge of asset management principles and industry best practices is essential.
