Job Opportunity: Physiotherapist

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate physiotherapist to join our team at Bribie Island Residential Aged Care. The successful candidate will have a passion for improving the lives of older Australians and be able to work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality care.

About the Role:

This is a permanent part-time position, working 5 days per fortnight, 8:30am – 4:30pm. As a physiotherapist at our aged care facility, you will be responsible for delivering evidence-based physiotherapy services to residents, including assessments, goal-setting, and treatment planning. You will also be required to contribute to the development and implementation of our care programs and policies.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver high-quality physiotherapy services to residents, including assessments, goal-setting, and treatment planning
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of care programs and policies
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care to residents
Requirements:

To be considered for this role, you must have current registration with AHPRA as a qualified physiotherapist and a minimum of two years' experience in physiotherapy, preferably in an aged care setting. You will also need to be available to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and public holidays.
