Procurement and Project Officer Opportunity

This is an exciting opportunity to provide valuable commercial support, handle procurement processes, and manage various projects.

You will work closely with the Engineering Manager to ensure successful project delivery, providing day-to-day support to the Asset Development team in order to meet project milestones.

Your key responsibilities include:

  • Effectively communicating and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth coordination and cooperation.
  • Liaising with management, contractors, regulatory bodies, and stakeholders to drive project delivery.
  • Assisting in preparing expenditure approvals, tenders, contracts, budgets, and forecasts related to project delivery.
  • Creating agreements, proposals, and presentations for review by senior management and the board.
  • Supporting financial reporting and forecasting for senior management and the board.

We expect you to demonstrate exceptional attention to detail, proficiency in MS Excel at an advanced level, strong written and verbal communication skills, effective problem-solving abilities at a high level, adaptability to handle changing priorities, and ability to quickly learn and adapt to new systems and programs.
