Senior Solution Expert - Enterprise Transformation

The Senior Solution Expert leads the development and delivery of transformative solution options and recommendations. This role is responsible for spearheading requirements gathering and analysis exercises, designing system solutions based on business, functional, and non-functional requirements.


This expert provides leadership and mentorship across the application analysis landscape, ensuring quality and consistency in all team outputs. The focus includes defining the interaction between business processes and functions.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain a strong understanding of approved platforms and systems.
  • Facilitate requirements analysis of Commercial-Off-The-Shelf (COTS) based solutions for specific use cases.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to team members, operating with autonomy and accountability in delivering solutions and outcomes.
  • Facilitate workshops with stakeholders to define business problems, efficiency gains, or improved customer service opportunities.
  • Provide innovative advice to stakeholders on functional and non-functional requirements and design opportunities.

Qualifications/Specialist Expertise:
  • A tertiary qualification in a relevant Information Technology discipline is highly desirable.
  • Certification in project management methodology is highly desirable.
  • Knowledge and experience of Agile Projects and methodologies are desirable.
  • Knowledge of the department and its operating processes and information systems is desirable.
