This is a hybrid leadership role that requires working at least three days in the office. As a Real Estate Insurance Lead, you will oversee and direct a small team responsible for managing insurance requirements and placements for Commercial Property Owner clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with Commercial Property clients to drive business growth.
  • Assess client needs and recommend appropriate insurance solutions and services.
  • Oversee the policy renewal process and negotiate terms with insurance providers.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and market conditions to provide clients with valuable insights.
Requirements:
  • Tier 1 Insurance Broking Compliance Accreditation or equivalent.
  • Experience in insurance broking, ideally with a commercial book of business.
