About The Role

We are seeking a strong strata manager to help lead our vibrant team in SA. You will be working with a newly created and well-maintained mixed-use portfolio and required to conduct various management duties.

  • Liaising with property owners as required
  • Arrange quotations and repairs and maintenance for works required
  • Prepare agendas and minutes for meetings
  • Prepare budgets for presentations to annual general meetings
  • Convene and conduct meetings
  • Provide support and mentor junior team members

The Ideal Candidate

Candidates with relevant related experience within the property and legal industry will be considered.

Ideal but not essential.

  • Ability to manage diverse portfolios
  • Ability to manage staff
  • High attention to detail and administrative skills
  • Understanding of strata legislation and related regulations
  • Experienced in building and maintaining strong client relationships
