">This is an entry-level position that requires strong interpersonal and communication skills, as well as a genuine passion for beauty and the retail industry. The successful candidate will be confident in achieving store targets and sales, and will be an active contributor to a joyful, agile, tenacious, and optimistic team.
">Responsibilities:
">The primary responsibilities of this role include understanding customer needs and recommending products that meet those needs, upholding our values and vision while adhering to company procedures and policies, and providing expert advice about our products and philosophy to customers.
">Requirements:
">To be successful in this role, you will need previous retail experience, strong interpersonal and communication skills, and a genuine passion for beauty and the retail industry. You will also need to be a team player who is open to daily coaching and feedback from the Store Manager and Assistant Manager.
