Overview

The Body Shop Australia is recruiting for a Casual Beauty Advisor role in Tuggerah. This casual position supports the store management team in driving sales and profit through delivering exceptional customer service on the shop floor at all times.



Responsibilities
  • The Beauty Advisor takes time to understand customer needs and recommends products that make them feel good.
  • Uphold the values and vision of The Body Shop while adhering to company procedures and policies.
  • Provide expert advice about The Body Shop products and philosophy to customers.


Qualifications
  • Previous retail experience is preferred.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a focus on building rapport with customers.
  • Team player who is open to daily coaching and feedback from the Store Manager and Assistant Manager.
  • Genuine passion for beauty and the retail industry.
  • Confident in achieving store targets and sales.
  • Active contributor to a joyful, agile, tenacious, and optimistic team.
  • Availability Monday through Sunday.
