Our Business Immigration and Compliance Group provides comprehensive legal services to businesses, organizations, and individuals globally, addressing a variety of immigration concerns and visa requirements. We offer strategic guidance to multinational corporations on employment-related immigration matters, emphasizing effective immigration planning for both U.S. and international entities involved in the relocation of personnel across borders.
Qualifications:
Successful applicants should possess 3-5 years of dedicated experience in business immigration law, including substantial expertise in non-immigrant and immigrant visa processes as well as PERM applications. Essential skills include exceptional client service, strong communication abilities, effective case management, high productivity, and well-honed organizational capabilities. Advanced writing and analytical skills are also required. Admission to the U.S. bar is mandatory.
