Venue Operations Manager

They should also have a demonstrated understanding of risk and WH&S in all aspects of venue operations. Additionally, they should be able to implement basic personnel policies and practices (Equal Opportunity practices and WH&S etc).

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain the in-house cleaning function and waste management contract.
  • Work with the GM - Venue operations on the maintenance schedule works and associated contract to help drive efficiencies.
  • In consultation with the GM - Venue Operations, identify the number of cleaning staff required to maintain a clean environment within the set annual budget.

Requirements

  • Proven ability to effectively plan and prioritise work and manage time effectively.
  • Good working knowledge of WHS requirements.
  • Safe and competent operation of plant (motorised floor scrubbing machine).
