Concierge & Events Officer Job Description

We are seeking a friendly and energetic Concierge and Events Officer to join our team. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy interacting with people, thrive in a dynamic environment, and can juggle multiple tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service as the first point of contact for clients
  • Maintain meeting rooms and event spaces to client requirements, serve refreshments, and reset rooms after meetings
  • Stay organized, work independently, and contribute to a collaborative team environment
  • Act as a Fire Warden and First Aider when required

Requirements:

  • Customer service experience in event operations or corporate hospitality
  • Effective interpersonal and communication skills, both oral and written
  • Strong time management and organizational skills
  • A positive attitude and ability to work well alone and with others
