**About the Role**

The Ortus Club is a B2B marketing company specialized in virtual and in-person knowledge-sharing discussions. We run approximately 50 events a month for our clients, helping them create environments for meaningful business relationships globally.

**The Event Host**

We are looking for a skilled Event Host to represent us at one of our events. As the Event Host, you will be responsible for coordinating event details with our team and ensuring a seamless guest experience. Your responsibilities will include leading the registration process, providing regular updates to our team, delivering an introduction speech, and coordinating with the venue as needed.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Represent The Ortus Club at events and manage event logistics
  • Lead the registration process and maintain open communication with our team
  • Deliver a compelling introduction speech at the event
  • Coordinate with the venue to ensure a smooth event execution

**Required Skills and Qualifications:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual with strong communication skills. The ideal candidate will have:

  • Fuency in English
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Confidence and professionalism in representing our brand
  • Keen attention to detail
  • Ability to adapt and problem-solve in a dynamic event environment

**Benefits:**

This freelance position offers a competitive compensation of $300 per event, lasting approximately 4-5 hours. You will also have the opportunity to build relationships with clients and guests, potentially leading to future collaborations.

**Schedule:**

This is a flexible freelance role with fixed shifts and on-call requirements.
