Workshop Leader Opportunity

A talented and experienced Workshop Leader is sought to join our busy workshop team. The successful candidate will bring strong leadership skills, the ability to motivate and support technicians, and a proactive attitude.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to prioritise work tasks effectively, and lead by example in a positive and supportive manner.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Motivate and support technicians to ensure maximum efficiency and productivity.
  • Develop staff adequately to meet dealership standards.
  • Ensure effective communication between workshop control and service advisors.
  • Allocate jobs daily to ensure workflow is maintained.
  • Prioritise work tasks with strong prioritisation skills.
  • Lead by example with a positive, proactive attitude.
  • Meet deadlines and remain calm under pressure.
