Your Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the recruitment, training, and rostering of staff to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Lead a team of staff and coordinate breaks to maintain a positive and productive work environment.
  • Ensure all preparation, cleaning, and maintenance schedules are completed on a daily basis.
  • Reconcile sales and banking, and effectively perform all duties of functions, special events, and related F&B services.
