Electrical Leadership Opportunity

As a Technical Lead, you will play a pivotal role in driving the success of our Mining, Utilities & Telecommunications portfolio. This hands-on position combines technical leadership, project delivery, stakeholder engagement, and mentoring responsibilities.

You will ensure field delivery teams operate with excellence, safety, and innovation while supporting project managers, engineering teams, and valued customers. Key Responsibilities include providing high-level technical support and coordinating commissioning across multiple projects, conducting site audits and technical investigations, assisting estimating teams in reviewing tender documentation and conceptual designs, developing solutions that meet client specs and Australian standards, carrying out factory and on-site commissioning, troubleshooting, and field support, leading and mentoring junior technicians and integration specialists, ensuring HSEQ and contractual compliance through effective on-site supervision, and providing ongoing remote and on-site support for field commissioning teams.

About You:
We are looking for individuals with trade level qualifications in Electrotechnology and relevant experience in a leadership or senior technical role. Strong knowledge of Australian electrical and HSEQ standards is essential, as is exceptional problem-solving, organisational, and team leadership skills. The ability to foster positive relationships with clients, consultants, and internal teams is also crucial. A WA Electrical License is required.
