Youth Therapist Leader

This is a leadership position within our Intensive Therapeutic Care program, focusing on delivering high-quality therapeutic care to vulnerable young people.
The successful candidate will be responsible for leading, supervising, supporting and developing the ITC Therapeutic Youth Work team. They will work closely with other staff members to provide comprehensive therapeutic care, enabling young people to heal from trauma and achieve their full potential.
This is a permanent full-time opportunity based in Lochinvar, NSW.
Key Responsibilities- Lead the delivery of high-quality therapeutic care services
- Supervise and support the ITC Therapeutic Youth Work team
- Develop and implement behavioral management programs for children and adolescents with challenging behaviors
- Collaborate with other stakeholders to ensure comprehensive therapeutic care
- Tertiary qualification in social work, community services or relevant field
- Proven experience in developing behavioral management programs
- Strong leadership and teamwork skills
- Demonstrated knowledge of residential care and therapeutic environments
