Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Restaurant Operations Manager to join our team at Zeus Street Greek. As a Restaurant Operations Manager, you will be responsible for supervising the opening and closing shift operations of our store, supervising and coaching team members to deliver exceptional customer experience, and ensuring that our food quality and safety standards are met.
Key Responsibilities- Supervise Store Operations: Oversee the daily operations of our store, including supervising team members, managing inventory, and maintaining a clean and safe work environment.
- Coach and Develop Team Members: Provide guidance and support to team members to help them develop their skills and knowledge, and to ensure that they are equipped to deliver exceptional customer service.
- Ensure Food Quality and Safety: Ensure that our food is prepared and served to the highest standards of quality and safety, and that our kitchen and dining areas are clean and well-maintained.
- Leadership Experience: 1 year minimum of experience in a leadership role, preferably in the food service industry.
- Passion for Food: A passion for food and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer experience.
- Positive Attitude: A positive and enthusiastic attitude, with a strong work ethic and a commitment to teamwork.
